Our Approach

Transformation is not an event. It is a journey of learning and change intended to realize peak performance and renewal at two levels – individual and organizational. While we customize and tailor our interventions for each client, we approach the journey with an inside-out approach consisting of three iterative phases:

WAKE UP

Real, sustainable change is rooted in deep awareness. This phase is where we become more aware of and attuned to our purpose, anchored in our values, and connected to our unique gifts, talents, and genius. When we wake up we shift away from acting on autopilot to notice our daily thoughts, words, and deeds.

GROW UP

Growing up means growing into the most exquisite and extraordinary version of ourselves. From the foundation of awareness, we can develop strategies and take actions that honor our highest values and greatest aspirations for self, others, and society. With fresh insights arising from a diversity of perspectives, we are emboldened to identify and articulate “what we must know” and “where we must grow” to realize our intentions.

SHOW UP

In this phase, we declare who we will become in the future, and that informs what we do in our present. Through experience and experimentation, failure and feedback, we are able to create a future state that is more aligned to what we’d like to see and who we’d like to be. By understanding our strengths and developmental areas we can show up as a gift to the people we are meant to serve.
